The Secretary-General of the Higher Population Council and head of the Steering Committee of Share Net Jordan Prof. Issa Almasarwah announced the launch of three grants, each valued at 5,000 Euros, during the second day of the Regional Co-Creation Conference (CCC) 22/23-4-2024 focused on the extent of integrating Sexual and Reproductive Health concepts within the educational curriculum. These grants aim to support innovative projects that can effectively contribute to this vital field and promote better CSE outcomes. During the conference, the Coordinator of Share Net Jordan and head of the Studies and Policy Unit Mr. Ali Almetleq, along with Mrs. Ghadeer Al-Haris, Assistant Secretary-General of the Higher Council for the Rights of Persons with Disabilities, provided detailed information on the application process for these grants. They emphasized the importance of clear guidelines and encouraged interested participants to apply.
With a strong focus on knowledge translation, the CCC methodology emerges as the most suitable approach for Share-Net Jordan, fostering collaboration and capacity-building among its members. This approach will offer opportunities for participants to enhance their skills and effectively implement projects that align with regional health priorities, ultimately leading to a greater impact in the field of Sexual and Reproductive Health.
